Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of pavementkings.com (the “Site”) and any services provided by Pavement Kings (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or requesting services, you agree to these Terms. This document is a general template and should be reviewed by your attorney before publication.

1. Services

We provide asphalt maintenance services including sealcoating, crack filling, asphalt repair, pothole repair, and line striping to residential and commercial properties in Chicagoland. Any specific job is governed by a written estimate or work order signed by both parties.

2. Estimates

Estimates provided through this Site are non-binding ballpark ranges based on the information you supply. Final pricing depends on an on-site assessment, actual square footage, condition of the surface, and access constraints. We reserve the right to revise or decline any estimate.

3. Payment

Unless a written agreement states otherwise, invoices are due upon completion of work. Late payments may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by Illinois law. Returned payments are subject to a service fee.

4. Warranty & Limitation of Liability

Sealcoating and crack filling extend the life of asphalt but do not permanently prevent weathering, cracking, or failure of the underlying surface. We warrant our workmanship for the period stated on your written estimate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific job giving rise to the claim.

5. Weather & Scheduling

Sealcoating is temperature- and weather-dependent. We may reschedule work for rain, temperature, or humidity conditions that would compromise cure quality, without liability for the delay.

6. Site Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its data.
• Submit false, misleading, or spam information through our forms.
• Reproduce or republish site content without written permission.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the Pavement Kings name, logo, imagery, and copy — is the property of Pavement Kings and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law.

8. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites (e.g. social profiles). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in DuPage County, Illinois.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
